Production & Shipping

Each piece is handcrafted in Taiwan. Made-to-order pieces are dispatched within 14–28 business days, while in-stock pieces are dispatched within 7 days of order and payment confirmation. Please refer to the product page for any specific production timeframe. Delivery time is additional.

Taiwan shipping is NT$70. International shipping fees vary by destination and are shown at checkout or confirmed before purchase. Enjoy free shipping on orders of NT$7,000 or more to Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau. International duties and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.

Aftercare & Repairs

We offer repair and maintenance services, including size adjustments, replating, and polishing. Manufacturing defects reported within one month of delivery are eligible for free repair or replacement following assessment. Other services are quoted individually.
