The accessories are all handmade, and the same design will have slight differences due to the color, texture and size of the material itself.
飾品均為手工製作，同款設計會因為素材本身的顏色、紋路和尺寸而存在些微差異。
The product photos are taken from real products, and there will be color differences caused by different definitions of personal perception, shooting angle, light, and screen color. Therefore, the products are mainly real products.
商品照片為實品拍攝，會有拍攝角度、光線、螢幕顯色，個人觀感定義的不同而產生色差問題，所以商品均以實品為主。
Working Days
All SOMA SEMA pieces are entirely handcrafted.
Production begins only after payment is completed.Shipping times vary by product type - Our studio offers two supply methods:
Made-to-order items: Created according to your specifications after purchase. Once the order is confirmed, production will begin, with shipping scheduled within 14–28 business days.In-stock items: Limited ready-to-ship pieces. After order confirmation and preparation, items will be shipped within 7 days.
Products working days of reference
- The "ORE" products will be shipped out within 10 working days.
- The metals products will be shipped out within 14-21 working days. Gem products will be shipped out within 7-28 working days
- New products pre-order will be shipped out within 7-30 working days.
We always strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but actual shipping times may vary depending on production status and working conditions. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience as each piece is carefully crafted.
Due to a significant increase in workload, the studio has adjusted its production and shipping timelines and will no longer accommodate urgent rush orders.For special urgent requests, an additional fee will apply.All schedules will follow the official production timeline announced on our website. Thank you for your understanding.

出貨及製作時間依商品類別而異。
工作室提供「訂製品」和「庫存」兩種供貨方式，「訂製品」是下單後依需求量身製作，訂單確認後開始安排流程，約 14–28 個工作天內出貨。網站上的 In Stock 為「庫存」為少量現貨供應，確認現貨品項與整理是下單後 7 天內出貨。
工作是致力於盡快出貨，但實際寄出時間仍可能因生產狀態或工作條件而提前或延後的情況，敬請體諒，感謝願意耐心等候工藝品的製作與支持。
Worldwide Shipping
No matter where you are living, we happy offer to shipping, including tracked shipping for added security, and regular shipping. Once your order is ready for ship, we'll email you with a tracking number.
And that every country has different custom laws. International orders may incur charges upon delivery. all of these charges are responsibility of the receiver and we recommend that you research these charges prior to placing your order.
Please note, that regular shipping should be include tracking number functionality but may not include insurance and indemnity. Once shipped from studio, will not be responsible for package delays in arrival or loss in during shipping. Please be considerate.

台灣本地配送
- 郵寄掛號- 中華郵政 : 70 TWD - 送達約 1-2 個工作天。
- 超商店到店- 7-11、全家 : 70 TWD - 送達約 2-3 個工作天。
郵寄掛號是需本人簽收，若未到件可能是簽收未果，包裹會送至鄰近郵局，可打電話過去詢問及領取。超商若未取件則是退回工作室，重新寄出另收取配送費用。

每一件 SOMA SEMA 作品皆由手工製作，我們承諾對工藝品質負責，並提供合理的保固與維修服務。
Each piece of SOMA SEMA jewelry is handcrafted. We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and offer both warranty coverage and repair services.
保固期限 Warranty Period
商品到貨後 一個月內，若因製作瑕疵導致問題（如焊點鬆脫、扣頭故障、C 圈開口異常），我們將提供免費維修或更換。
Within one month of delivery, if any manufacturing defects occur (such as loose soldering, faulty clasps, or misaligned C-rings), we will repair or replace the item free of charge.
商品錯誤或運送損壞 Wrong Item or Damage Upon Arrival
若您收到的商品與訂單不符，或在運送過程中受損，請於 7 日內與我們聯繫，我們將免費更換並承擔運費。
If you receive the wrong item or your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days, and we will arrange a free replacement and cover all shipping costs.
退貨與修改 Return & Adjustments
收到商品 7 日內，不接受因產品損壞以外的原因退貨。但如有其他問題，或需要更改尺寸，請透過 CONTACT US 聯繫，我們將盡快回覆，並討論修改報價與相關處理事宜。
Within 7 days of receipt, returns are not accepted for reasons other than product damage. For any other issues or if you need a size adjustment, please contact us via CONTACT US. We will respond promptly to discuss repair quotations and next steps.
