Before You Order
Each SOMA SEMA piece is handcrafted. Slight variations in shape, color, texture, and size may occur due to the making process and the natural characteristics of our materials. These subtle differences are part of what makes each piece unique.
All product photographs feature actual pieces. Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, camera angles, and screen settings. Please refer to the piece you receive for its actual appearance.

Production & Dispatch
We offer both made-to-order and in-stock pieces. Production or preparation begins once your order and payment have been confirmed.
Made to Order
- Each piece is made according to your selected design, size, and requirements. Please allow 14–28 business days before dispatch. Production times for custom designs, pre-orders, and individual collections may vary. The timeframe listed on the product page takes precedence.
In Stock
- Pieces marked In Stock are available in limited quantities. Once your order and payment have been confirmed, we will inspect and package your piece for dispatch within 7 days.
These timeframes cover production or preparation before dispatch and do not include delivery. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in Taiwan.
We aim to dispatch every order as promptly as possible, though timelines may vary depending on production progress. Thank you for your patience as we carefully make and prepare your piece.
If you need your order by a particular date, please contact us before purchasing. Rush requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
Taiwan Delivery
Chunghwa Post Registered Mail
- Shipping fee: TWD$70
- Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch
Convenience Store Pickup | 7-ELEVEN & FamilyMart
- Shipping fee: TWD$70
- Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch
Registered mail requires a signature upon delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful, please check for a collection notice or contact the local post office handling your parcel.
For convenience store pickup, please collect your parcel within the period stated in your notification. If an uncollected parcel is returned to our studio, an additional shipping fee will apply for redelivery.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide. Actual arrival times depend on the carrier.
International Delivery
We offer international shipping. Available destinations, shipping methods, and final fees are shown at checkout or confirmed with you before purchase.
Estimated International Shipping Fees
- Hong Kong & Macau: NT$250
- Japan, South Korea, Singapore & Malaysia: NT$350
- United States, France, United Kingdom & other destinations: NT$350-600
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and customs processing. If you need your order by a particular date, please contact us before purchasing.
For tracked services, we will email you a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched. Tracking availability and compensation coverage depend on the selected carrier and service.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility. We recommend checking your local import requirements before placing an order.
If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us so we can help submit an inquiry to the carrier.
Free Shipping & Delivery Notes
Orders of NT$7,000 or more qualify for free shipping to Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau. Free shipping does not cover customs duties or other import charges.
Please ensure that your recipient name, phone number, delivery address, or selected pickup location is complete and correct. Additional shipping fees will apply if a parcel needs to be resent due to incorrect details, unsuccessful delivery, or missed collection.
