The accessories are all handmade, and the same design will have slight differences due to the color, texture and size of the material itself.

飾品均為手工製作，同款設計會因為素材本身的顏色、紋路和尺寸而存在些微差異。

The product photos are taken from real products, and there will be color differences caused by different definitions of personal perception, shooting angle, light, and screen color. Therefore, the products are mainly real products.

商品照片為實品拍攝，會有拍攝角度、光線、螢幕顯色，個人觀感定義的不同而產生色差問題，所以商品均以實品為主。

Working Days

SOMA SEMA is one-person studio, The products are all hand-made artisanal jewelry. the item process will be arranged after the product payment, completed depending on which product is chosen. studio carry both “Customized to order” and “in stock” pieces. Customized to order are custom produced for you, ship within arranged 7-28 working days of Order established. In stock pieces are ship within approximately 5 working days

Products working days of reference

• The "ORE" products will be shipped out within 10 working days.
• The metals products will be shipped out within 7-21 working days. Gem products will be shipped out within 7-28 working days  
• New products pre-order will be shipped out within 7-30 working days.

SOMA SEMA will be committed to shipping you order as soon as possible. But the shipped actual time to ship your order may be longer or shorter depending on production capabilities and other conditions. Please be considerate and thank you for waiting.



商品付款完才會安排製作程序，一人工作室並全手工製作及完成，製作時間取決於商品，

工作室提供「訂製品」和「庫存」兩種供貨方式，「訂製品」是下單後量身訂製，訂單確定後才會開始安排製作流程 7-28 個工作天內出貨。網站上的 In Stock 為「庫存」為少量現貨供應，確認現貨品項與整理是下單後 5 天內出貨。


工作室是致力於盡快寄出訂單，但實際出貨時間可能會更長或更短，取決於當時的生產狀態和工作條件，請體諒，更謝謝願意耐心等候。

Worldwide Shipping

No matter where you are living, we happy offer to shipping, including tracked shipping for added security, and regular shipping. Once your order is ready for ship, we'll email you with a tracking number.

And that every country has different custom laws. International orders may incur charges upon delivery. all of these charges are responsibility of the receiver and we recommend that you research these charges prior to placing your order.

Please note, that regular shipping should be include tracking number functionality but may not include insurance and indemnity. Once shipped from studio, will not be responsible for package delays in arrival or loss in during shipping. Please be considerate.

無論您住在哪裡，工作室都提供配送服務，包括提供能追蹤編號的安全運輸和定期配送。一旦訂單準備好寄出，我們將透過電子郵件發送可追蹤的包裹編號。

單筆訂製金額滿6000，台港澳地區皆免運費。

• 香港、澳門 : EMS - 200 TWD
• 日本、韓國、新加坡、馬來西亞：EMS - 300 TWD
• 美國、法國、英國、其他國家：EMS - 450 TWD

台灣本地配送 

• 郵寄掛號- 中華郵政  :  60  TWD - 送達約  1-3  個工作天。
• 超商店到店- 7-11、全家 : 70 TWD - 送達約  2-3  個工作天。

郵寄掛號是需本人簽收，若未到件可能是簽收未果，包裹會送至鄰近郵局，可打電話過去詢問及領取。超商若未取件則是退回工作室，重新寄出另收取配送費用。

Refund & Return 

Within seven days of receiving the product, returns due to reasons other than product damage will not be accepted. However, if you have any problems or need to change the size, please mail to soma.sema.studio@gmail.com. We will reply to you as soon as possible to discuss modifications to the quotation and handle related matters.

If the item is shipped incorrectly, we will deliver the correct customized product to you and pay for the return shipping fee.

收到商品七天內，不接受因產品損壞以外的原因退貨，但如有問題，或需要更改尺寸 請來信至soma.sema.studio@gmail.com 會為您盡快回覆、討論修改報價和處理相關事宜。

若商品品項寄送錯誤，工作室會為您配送正確訂製商品及支付回寄運送費用。
